LAW531 Phoenix Ch 12 Holding Merchants to a Higher Standard Paper

Should the courts hold merchants and non merchants to different standards? Should there be any distinction betwixt them? Should merchants, like persons who have reached the age of majority, be held to higher standards when dealing with non merchants?
