After reading this report, answer the following questions. Remember, this is a Sociology course! So use the tools of Sociology from what you’ve learned to discuss this with the class. You may utilize the web and library for additional resources on this!

1. Explain briefly the history of Roe v. Wade and the recent decision to overturn this law.

2. How will the overturn of Roe v. Wade affect women? Be specific and address intersectionality in this answer! For example, explain how race, class and gender, and power are connected to this decision? Do you think wealthy women will still have access to a safe pregnancy termination? Post one source with the URL and explain how it highlights the Sociological implications of this decision.

3. Do some research and discuss how laws are not congruent across different states. What might be some issues related to having different laws in each state? Find an article that addresses this and post the URL with an explanation of these disparate laws.
