Create a story

Description

Let’s assume that you have a story to tell–one that needs to be made into a film. The only requirement for this narrative is that it must be about teachers or education or being a teacher or being a student. This journal entry focuses on that story: the story you need to tell.  You can tell the story of a past/present/or future you, or a story about you that didn’t happen but you wish it had, or a story of someone you observed (involved in an educational experience in some way), or an entirely created story.  If you want to do a romance–the teacher or student is involved in the romance. (Try to avoid slimy tales of teacher/student relationships.)  If you want to do dark comedy, try something original–not just a redo of Heathers. Try a thriller, but not Teaching Mrs. Tingle.  Here’s your chance to develop a potentially rich and exciting narrative, with at least two characters (a teacher and a student), a setting (place and time), some powerful conflict/s, and a knock-out ending.  Word count is not as important as is completeness.
