Discuss how the three main issues between male prisons versus female prisons is both fair and unfair for inmates and their families? What if you, as warden, want to reduce claims by female inmates of sexual misconduct on the part of the correctional officers?  What would you do? What if you, as warden, want to increase the prison based programs for women through education and vocation which will assist them upon transitioning back into society?  What program types would you add?
