Step 1: Refer to the information on Perceptual      Maps in Chapter 7 of Strategic Management: A Competitive Advantage      Approach, Concepts, and Cases. Follow      Steps 1-5 in Chapter 7 and create a Perceptual Map similar to that in      Figure 7-11 for your team’s company.

Step 2: Utilize your Strategic-Planning Template      to develop the Perceptual Map for your company.

Step 3: summarize the      information in Steps 4 and 5 in Chapter 7 and how it influences the firm’s      strategy choices.
