Public Policy: Current event and how public instruments are used and what are they pros and cons.

Description

Consider a current issue or problem being discussed. How might different policy instruments address the problem? What are the pros and cons of using the different instruments?

Include 1) regulation, 2) government management, 3) taxing and spending, 4) market mechanisms, 5) and information education and persuasion.
